About the role

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive based in Thailand to help us grow our local presence through partnerships with IBs (Introducing Brokers), trading communities, and influencers. You’ll be key in expanding our reach, supporting partner onboarding, and building relationships in the FX/prop trading ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients and IBs in the Thai FX and prop trading space
• Build and manage partnerships with local trading groups and communities
• Support the onboarding process for new IBs and partners
• Collaborate with Thai influencers and content creators for brand exposure
• Follow up on leads and maintain CRM updates
• Share feedback from the market to help shape campaigns and product features

Requirements

• Experience in Forex, prop firm, or fintech business development
• Strong understanding of Thai FX communities and local user behavior
• Excellent communication skills in Thai (English a plus)
• Strong relationship-building and sales follow-up skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
